Waiting for grade
When I buy food, I always look at the sugar content, total calories, expiration dates, and serving size. I usually don't focus much on the other ingredients. After watching a video,I realized that I still missed out to check the nutrient level , I need to check the types of fat like saturated, unsaturated, and trans fats because they affect our health and also to avoid certien ingredient we should reduce intake such as salt who has high blood pressure , to avoid certein ingredients who has allergy ( example- peanut ).

Compare the nutrition facts for ONE SERVING of yogurt and ONE SERVING of Tuna. Which food (the yogurt beverage or the canned tuna) would you consider to be more nutrient dense and why? Use evidence from the labels to support your argument
.
Waiting for grade
Compare the nutrition the yoghurt and tuna I have learned that canned tuna is more nutrient dense than the yogurt beverage.
It has a lot of high-quality protein and a lot of vitamin D, which are good for bones and the immune system.
It doesn't have added sugars and has little fat. Because it has so much protein for the amount of calories it has, canned tuna is a great choice for getting a lot of nutrients without too many calories, especially from sugars.
